What is the dress code?

Our wedding attire is Resort Formal. Think elegant but relaxed—lightweight fabrics, chic dresses, and suits (with or without ties) are perfect. For women: cocktail or maxi dresses; for men: dress slacks with a blazer or a linen suit.

For the welcome party, we ask you dress in Resort Semi-Formal. More relaxed, but still elevated from every day attire. Dresses and suits or collared shirts are preferred.

Can I bring my kids?

We adore your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you can enjoy well-deserved night(s) off to celebrate with us!

Where is the wedding?

The ceremony and reception will be at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe in Incline Village, Nevada, near other popular destinations like King’s Beach or Sand Harbor. We recommend staying on-property, or looking at accommodations on the north side of Lake Tahoe. There are many lovely places around Lake Tahoe, but staying close will make transportation much easier.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony start time (3:30pm PDT) to allow for parking and seating. The ceremony will begin promptly.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes! The Hyatt offers valet and self-parking options. If you’re staying at the hotel, you’ll have easy access.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Please let us know when you RSVP with the formal invitations. We are ensuring there are options for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free guests, and will do our best to make you as comfortable dining as possible!

What will the weather be like?

Incline Village in September is typically warm and sunny during the day, but evenings can be cool. We recommend bringing a light wrap or jacket.
