Weekend Rundown
Welcome Party
Attire: Semi-formal
Please join us for a relaxed gathering ahead of the big day. The welcome party will take place at Cutthroats Saloon in the Hyatt’s lobby, next to the casino in the back corner of the hotel.
Wedding Ceremony
Attire: Formal
The wedding ceremony will be held at the Water Gardens on the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe property. This is located at the back of the hotel, beyond the pool area. Please note that the ceremony and reception will be held outside, so dress accordingly.
Cocktail Hour
Please join us for the cocktail hour to follow the wedding ceremony, we will have light bites and of course, heavy pours. This will be held at the Creekside Lawn, which is just a few steps away from the ceremony location.
Wedding Reception
Attire: Formal
The wedding reception will be held at the Creekside Lawn, for dancing, dinner, and lots of celebrating. Please submit your meal preference via the RSVP page, and do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have allergy concerns. Also, please remember the wedding will be held entirely outdoors, so dress comfortably for the cooler Tahoe air.
